How to request deletion
Submit the request form on this page with the email address used for your Certenticat account.
You can also email privacy@certenticat.com with the subject Certenticat account deletion request.
What deletion covers
Deletion requests can cover account profile data, authentication records, customer support context, saved account settings, and account-backed app records controlled by Certenticat.
For registered NFC workflows, deletion can remove or anonymize account-linked records where technically and legally possible, but lifecycle records may need to remain to prevent fraud, destructive tag reuse, unauthorized redemption, or disputed ownership.
Data we may retain
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, tax or accounting requirements, support history, audit logs, NFC lifecycle integrity, or dispute handling.
Public blockchain records, wallet addresses, token identifiers, transaction hashes, and metadata already published to third-party networks may not be erasable by Certenticat.
In-app path
In the Certenticat Android app, open Settings, then Privacy and account data, then Delete account or data.
Deletion requests are handled through verified support review.
